CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO ALL.

IN CONSIDERATION OF BEING ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY WAY, INCLUDING CLASS ROOM USE, RANGE USE, TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE TRAINING AREA OR AREAS, SELF-DEFENSE CLASSES, PISTOL TRAINING CLASSES, TARGETS, ANY PRODUCTS, EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES OF AMERICAN CONCEAL AND CARRY LLC YOU ARE ASKED TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS RELATED TO NEGLIGENCE ISSUES.

 

I Understand that I have the right and duty to inspect the facilities, and equipment to be used (including the firearm I am using). If I believe that anything is unsafe or beyond my capability I will immediately advise the instructor or supervisor of such condition(s) and refuse to participate.

I Understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation.

I Acknowledge and understand that I will be voluntarily engaging in activities that involve contact and the risk of serious injury, permanent disability, or death, and may cause severe social or economic losses due to not only my own actions, inactions or negligence, but also to the action, inaction or negligence of others or conditions of the premises or of any equipment used. Further, I acknowledge that there may be other risks not known to me or not reasonably foreseeable at this time.

I Assume all the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for the damages following such injury, permanent disability, or death.

Release from, waive and discharge all actions, claims, or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, and legal representatives now have or hereafter have for damage or losses on account of injury, including permanent disability and death or damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other acts of AMERICAN CONCEAL AND CARRY LLC its agents, owners, officers, directors, instructors, sponsors, and other participants, their parents, guardian(s), supervisors and instructors, and the owners, lessors, and lessees of the premises as a result of my participation in AMERICAN CONCEAL AND CARRY LLC activities. I hereby agree and covenant not to make a claim against, sue or attach the property of AMERICAN CONCEAL AND CARRY LLC or any of its affiliated organizations or above mentioned parties.

I Assume all the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility if I sign up more individuals on my account for any classes or products I am taking full responsibility of all the legal ramifications and will not hold AMERICAN CONCEAL AND CARRY LLC at fault. I hereby agree and covenant not to make a claim against, sue or attach the property of AMERICAN CONCEAL AND CARRY LLC or any of its affiliated organizations or above mentioned parties.

I Understand that no information I receive today is to be considered legal advice. Furthermore, the instructors are not acting as my legal advocate and if I want legal advice I need to consult a competent attorney.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT I GIVE UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND I DO IT VOLUNTARILY. I AGREE TO PARTICIPATE KNOWING THE RISKS AND CONDITIONS INVOLVED AND DO SO ENTIRELY ON MY OWN FREE WILL.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

General Terms

These American Conceal And Carry LLC Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are applicable in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy applicable to the AmericanConcealAndCarry.com website.

Nonreturnable; not for resale. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions, American Conceal And Carry LLC plastic Gift Cards and eGift Cards (“American Conceal And Carry LLC Gift Cards”) are not returnable or refundable for cash except in states where required by law. Resale of American Conceal And Carry LLC Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.

Liability. The balance on any Gift Card is solely the liability of American Conceal And Carry LLC.

Not for promotional use. American Conceal And Carry LLC Gift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts, but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities (including without limitation via websites, Internet advertisements, email, telemarketing, direct mail, newspaper and magazine advertisements, and radio and television broadcasts). No affiliation with American Conceal And Carry LLC Use of American Conceal And Carry LLC’s name, logo, trade dress (including any image/likeness of the cards) or trademarks (or those of any of its subsidiaries or affiliates) in connection with the purchase or use of American Conceal And Carry LLC Gift Cards is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the use of American Conceal And Carry LLC Gift Cards in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with, American Conceal And Carry LLC or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates is prohibited.

Expiration Date: The American Conceal And Carry LLC Gift Cards will expire within five years from the date they were activated.
Compliance with laws. By purchasing American Conceal And Carry LLC Gift Cards, you are certifying and representing to American Conceal And Carry LLC that the activities in connection with which the American Conceal And Carry LLC Gift Cards will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that the American Conceal And Carry LLC Gift Cards will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers or American Conceal And Carry LLC. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify American Conceal And Carry LLC. and its subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of the American Conceal And Carry LLC Gift Cards or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.

American Conceal And Carry LLC Pistol Renting Legality
If renting firearms, you understand, acknowledge, and agree to the following…
It is your responsibility to know the legality of the items you are renting.  Some of the items for rent on our website may be restricted to adults and/or also may be restricted due to the area in which you reside.  These items include, but are not limited to, ammunition, firearms, and magazines.  Again, YOU, the customer, are responsible for verifying the legality of the item(s) you are renting.  AMERICAN CONCEAL AND CARRY LLC will not be held responsible for any rented pistols, ammo, or other items associated with AMERICAN CONCEAL AND CARRY LLC casing harm, serious bodily harm, or death. You the renter are personally responsible and will not hold AMERICAN CONCEAL AND CARRY LLC, or any person or business associated with AMERICAN CONCEAL AND CARRY LLC responsible for harm, serious bodily harm, or death. You the renter are personally responsible to check and verify the safe working order of any rented pistols, ammo, or other items associated with AMERICAN CONCEAL AND CARRY LLC.

1. You acknowledge, agree to, and accept all of the above conditions and…
2. You MUST be 21 years old to rent hand guns and receivers.
3. You understand firearms, especially military surplus firearms, by their very nature are inherently dangerous and you accept full liability for product failure or misuse.  You also accept full responsibility and liability for the safe use and storage of any firearms you rent and/or possess.
4. AMERICAN CONCEAL AND CARRY LLC reserves the right to refuse any firearm renter.
5. AMERICAN CONCEAL AND CARRY LLC strongly recommends having all firearms, checked by a qualified gunsmith before firing.
6. I hereby agree and covenant not to make a claim against, sue or attach the property of AMERICAN CONCEAL AND CARRY LLC or any of its affiliated organizations or above mentioned parties.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require that if you cancel or re-schedule you give us a minimum of 5 days prior to the start of a class and you will receive a full refund or credit applied toward future classes.

If you cancel or reschedule 3 days or less in advance will result in forfeiture of 50% of payments and fees.

For cancellations 2 days or less and “No-Shows” will result in forfeiture of 100% of payments and fees. There will be no rescheduling or moving you to the next class.

American Conceal And Carry reserves the right to cancel any course offered due to safety issues with weather, and unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. If this happens, all students will be notified by E-mail and if possible all students will be called if the class has to be canceled. All students will receive a full refund or credit applied to another class.
